Orange Cranberry Bread




Orange Cranberry Bread

1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen chopped cranberries
Zest from one lemon
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped oranges fresh or canned
1 Egg
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Stir dry ingredients together
Add fruit
Stir in wet ingredients
Place in oiled bread pan
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

I adore this bread. I add orange juice to many of my breakfast foods such as blueberry muffins. Oh my gosh the taste is so refined. With a hot coffee or tea, even better.

Sorry I haven't been by in awhile...soo many things going on...family visiting and my annual ladies luncheon (see latest blog post with photos of my sneak preview)...

I LOVE anything with Cranberry...I'll have to make sure I make this yummy bread. Thanks for sharing it.
