Judge orders homeschoolers into public classrooms
A North Carolina judge has ordered three children to attend public schools this fall because the homeschooling their mother has provided over the last four years needs to be "challenged."
The children, however, have tested above their grade levels – by as much as two years.

I'll go read more about it. Hopefully they can get the homeschool legal defense people to step in and help them out. Praying for this family.
That is crazy I live in NC and was homeschooled and thought we were one of the more protected states. I will have to read up on that. I am curious to see what city they live in.
