After finding this old family recipe I realized that these cookies are Gluten Free!
Double yum!
Chocolate Peanutbutter No Bakes
Put 2 cups sugar in heavy bottom sauce pan:
add 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
Sir over miedium heat and boil for 1 minute
Remove from heat
Quickly stir in:
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter till melted
Quickly Add:
3 cups quick oats
and 1 tablesoon vanilla
and stir till mixed
Immediately spoon onto wax paper lined cookie sheet
by teaspoon full
let cool in fridge for 10 minutes and store in an airtight container
